Domes and Curbs

Domes
MegaluX-domes are often specified to provide natural light through the roof of industrial, public and domestic buildings. MegaluX-domes can be supplied in several sizes and available in round, square and rectangle designs. In addition to this we various curve and apex shapes. MegaluX-domes are made of acrylics (pmma) or polycarbonat (pc) in clear or opal designs.

Curbs
For an optimal and watertight connection of the domes with the roof construction MegaluX has a choice between PVC, polyester and metal curbs. For good insulation the PVC curbs are double skinned and equipped with extra insulation. For optimum connection with the roof the outside of the curb is profiled. The PVC curbs are completely recyclable. Polyester curbs are also double skinned with a filling of polyurethane hardfoam. The outside is raw for optimum fixing with the roof material and finished off with a weatherproof top coating. The polyester curb has a white internal finish.
